What do we need to bring to Farm Out?
Our aim is to spend the whole time you are with us outdoors so please wear or bring appropriate footwear such as wellies, walking boots or waterproof trainers. We also recommend that you wear comfortable warm clothing, in layers, including something waterproof so that you can enjoy all that the day offers no matter what the Irish weather does!
What can I expect on the day?
On arrival we will have a short welcome session with tea, coffee and home-made healthy treats. The day will then comprise a series of selected sessions and team building activities (including guided nature walks, tree planting and treasure hunts). But we know what it is like to work in challenging corporate environments so we will balance the time you are engaged in the more structured and interactive sessions with an opportunity to simply immerse yourself in our beautiful surroundings, ask questions and listen to tailored talks on topics including The Power of Positive Thinking; How To Incorporate Nature Into Your Work Life; Everyday Wellbeing & Nutrition; Building Resilience and Managing Stress and Navigating Change.
A delicious nutritious locally sourced lunch will be provided, please indicate any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Where is Farm Out?
We are situated in the beautiful Wicklow hills south of Dublin city, with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains including the Great Sugar Loaf, Djouce and Lugnaquilla. The farm is approximately 10 minutes by car from the Kilmacanogue exit (junction 8) of the N11 southbound. Nearest towns include Roundwood, Enniskerry and Greystones.
What is the cost?

Do you have disabled access?
We are a working farm situated on sloping ground and hills in many places, in addition some of the fields are uneven. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but would suggest you call or email us to discuss accessibility.
